Job Description:
- Must have power tool experience. This will be tested and measured with an on-site evaluation with various tools and measuring devices. Please do not apply if you do not have basic knowledge of power tools and manufacturing measuring skills.
- Must have manufacturing assembly experience. Must show prior experience in assembling cabinets, carpentry, reading blueprint installations, etc.
As a HVAC Manufacturing Assembler, you will be part of a dynamic team by building air handling units. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize various manual, air, electrical and hand tools in efficient and safe manner
- Follow assembly manuals and order specifications to create units per customer requirements
- Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units
- Maintain Safe and Clean Working Environment
- Attention to detail is critical and must be able to follow verbal instructions and blueprints
Job Specifications:
- Must be proficient in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and drawings to facilitate the assembly process.
- Must have experience in using hand and power tools.
- Must have manufacturing experience.
- Ability to lift independently 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand for long periods, up to eight or more hours at a time.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
