Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end.
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items.
- Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring a safe environment .
Skills
- Working with POS systems.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally.
- Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts smoothly while maintaining high service standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
