LPN or RN Night shift Full time or Part time
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)to step into the vital role of Charge Nurse within our dynamic healthcare team. As a Charge Nurse, you will lead and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate nursing services across various clinical settings. Your expertise in patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical procedures will drive positive outcomes and foster a safe, supportive environment for both patients and staff. Duties
- Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and long-term care regulations
- Coordinate patient care plans by conducting thorough assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations
- Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform catheter care with precision and attention to detail
- Lead emergency response efforts including airway management, first aid, and acute pain management for complex cases such as trauma or critical illness
- Supervise nursing staff, assign duties, provide mentorship, and ensure effective communication with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner; ensure compliance with ICD-9/10 coding standards for billing and reporting
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection/processing, and assist with specialized procedures such as suturing or spinal taps when necessary
Experience
- Valid Nursing License
- CPR Certified
- LTC Experience a plus
- Point Click Care Experience a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
