About DeepWave Regenerative Therapy
DeepWave Regenerative Therapy specializes in non-invasive regenerative treatments designed to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and avoid unnecessary injections or surgery.
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as a StemWave Therapy Technician. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of anatomy who enjoys helping people and wants to be part of an innovative approach to healthcare.
Position Overview
The StemWave Therapy Technician works directly with patients to deliver physician-prescribed regenerative therapy treatments. This individual plays a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience while ensuring treatments are delivered consistently and effectively.
No prior StemWave experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver StemWave therapy treatments according to established protocols
- Prepare patients for treatment sessions
- Educate patients on treatment expectations and home care recommendations
- Monitor patient comfort and progress during care
- Communicate patient feedback and concerns to the provider
- Document treatment sessions accurately
Clinical Operations
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
- Ensure equipment is clean, organized, and functioning properly
- Assist with treatment mapping and provider-directed care plans
- Maintain inventory of clinical supplies
- Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
Patient Experience
- Build positive relationships with patients throughout their care plan
- Encourage treatment compliance and appointment attendance
- Help create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment
- Assist with gathering patient success stories and testimonials
Qualifications Preferred Backgrounds
Options include:
- Licensed Massage Therapist
- Chiropractic Assistant
- Physical Therapist Assistant
- Athletic Trainer
- Exercise Science or Kinesiology Graduate
- Personal Trainer with strong anatomy knowledge
- Medical Assistant with musculoskeletal experience

Schedule
Part-time schedule initially with opportunities for additional hours as the practice grows.
Monday - Wednesday 9-5pm
Fridays 9-12pm
Compensation & Growth
$25-$30/hour based on experience and qualifications.
Opportunities may be available for advancement into Lead StemWave Technician and other leadership roles.
