About the Role
This is much more than quoting projects.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll become a trusted advisor for homeowners making important decisions about their home.
You'll educate, build trust, present solutions, and confidently guide customers through the renovation process while creating an outstanding experience from the first appointment through project completion.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners through scheduled appointments
- Listen carefully to understand their goals and concerns
- Evaluate homes and recommend the best exterior solutions
- Present roofing, siding, windows, decking, gutters, and exterior remodeling options
- Build value through education—not pressure
- Create accurate proposals and financing options
- Ask confidently for the business
- Guide customers through the entire project from contract to completion
- Maintain excellent communication throughout the process
- Work closely with production and office teams
- Follow up consistently until every opportunity is fully served

What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Highly self-motivated
- Excellent time management and organization
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Location
In-person throughout Cedar Rapids and surrounding Eastern Iowa communities.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Evening appointments as needed
- Occasional Saturdays
- Flexible scheduling based on customer availability
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
