What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a high-volume bar during brunch and daytime service
- Crafting cocktails quickly and consistently
- Driving sales through recommendations and guest engagement
- Creating a fun, upbeat bar atmosphere that people remember
- Keeping your bar clean, stocked, and dialed in at all times
- Working closely with the team to keep service tight and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- Strong personality behind the bar
- Ability to handle volume without falling apart
- Great awareness, you see what needs to happen before it’s asked
- Experience with cocktails
- Weekend availability is a must
- Someone who takes pride in their craft and their workspace
