Job Summary: The Intake Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the House Calls medical providers by efficiently scheduling and optimizing appointments, ensuring the most effective routes for daily operations. This position also acts as a patient advocate, using creative problem-solving skills to address patient needs and ensure timely care. The Intake Specialist is the primary point of contact, handling phone calls, online chats, and text messages from providers and support teams. As the backbone of the House Calls team, the Intake Specialist ensures seamless scheduling and exceptional service for all patients.
Position Requirements:
· One year of experience in medical scheduling and working with EMRs.
· Ability to navigate through MS Office and other web-based programs.
· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
· Have a passion for healthcare and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Need to know information:
· Monday through Friday schedule
· In person at our Chandler Corporate Office
· Compensation: $16-$17/hour + company benefits.
