- Prior to obtaining QMAP: $18.00 per hour
- QMAP – Overnight Shifts: $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with personal care while supporting resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Provide meal preparation and meal assistance.
- Assist with cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Administer medications as a QMAP and follow applicable medication administration procedures.
- Complete accurate and timely care documentation.
- Communicate clearly with residents and fellow team members.
- Work collaboratively as part of the care team to meet residents’ individual needs.
- Follow resident care plans and established safety and care procedures.
