We are seeking a motivated and professional Venue Booking & Tour Manager to help expand our production opportunities by connecting with theaters, schools, performing arts centers, cultural venues, comedy venues, community venues, and live-event presenters.
This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, live entertainment, and helping bring productions to new audiences.
Position Summary
The Venue Booking & Tour Manager will be responsible for researching potential venues, making professional outreach, pitching CollabroArt productions, tracking booking leads, coordinating follow-ups, and helping develop future touring and presentation opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident speaking with venue representatives, comfortable discussing availability and general booking terms, and able to help move potential bookings from first contact to company review.
The Venue Booking & Tour Manager may discuss general availability, venue requirements, rental structures, ticket-split possibilities, technical needs, and presentation opportunities. However, final approval of all bookings, dates, pricing, contracts, financial terms, and company commitments remains with CollabroArt, LLC.
Responsibilities
- Research potential venues, theaters, schools, arts centers, community spaces, comedy venues, and live-event locations.
- Identify venues that may be a good fit for CollabroArt productions.
- Contact venue managers, booking representatives, presenters, school contacts, arts organizations, and event partners.
- Professionally introduce CollabroArt, LLC and available production opportunities using approved company information.
- Request venue availability, rental rates, ticket-split options, technical information, insurance requirements, seating capacity, marketing support, box office details, and production requirements.
- Track all venue leads, outreach, responses, follow-ups, and booking status in the approved company tracker.
- Help coordinate potential dates and booking opportunities for company review.
- Support communication between CollabroArt, LLC and interested venues.
- Assist with basic touring logistics research, including venue location, technical capacity, audience potential, scheduling, and estimated production needs.
- Provide regular updates on active leads, promising venues, pending responses, and recommended next steps.
- Represent CollabroArt, LLC professionally in all venue and partner communications.
- Avoid making unauthorized promises regarding final pricing, contracts, guarantees, payment terms, exclusivity, production changes, cast/crew compensation, ticket pricing, or company obligations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, outreach, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable contacting venues, organizations, and business representatives.
- Professional phone, email, and meeting etiquette.
- Organized and able to track leads, conversations, and next steps.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interest in live entertainment, theater, touring, events, or community programming.
- Able to represent CollabroArt, LLC in a professional and respectful manner.
- Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with venue booking, live events, theater, entertainment, sales, business development, event planning, talent booking, community outreach, or arts administration.
- Existing relationships with theaters, schools, arts organizations, venues, event spaces, churches, community centers, or presenters.
- Knowledge of Central Florida venues and surrounding markets.
- Experience discussing rental agreements, ticket splits, presenter deals, event logistics, or production requirements.
- Ability to read basic venue information, seating charts, technical specs, and booking policies.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Schedule
This role offers flexible scheduling. However, the selected candidate must be available for consistent outreach, follow-up, tracking, and communication during active booking periods.
Some evening or weekend availability may be helpful for venue meetings, live-event research, or production-related conversations.
