Pay: $21-$24 per hour (based on experience)

Manage customer orders from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, speed, and satisfaction

Be the go-to contact for customer questions, updates, and problem-solving

Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines

Keep customers informed and build strong, lasting relationships

Help ensure materials, scheduling, and production needs align with customer demand

2+ years of customer service experience

Strong communication skills and a natural problem-solver mindset

Ability to stay organized and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment

Comfort working with systems (Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM, or similar tools)

A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

Manufacturing or industrial experience

Order entry or ERP system experience

Exposure to technical products or drawings
