Cast Iron Pot is looking for a Hostess/Host to join our team! If you enjoy working with people in a friendly environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Answer guests’ questions in person and over the phone.
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements.
- Take takeout and delivery orders, and package food accurately.
- Prepare beverages at the bar and maintain the dessert station.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to provide excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native or fluent English speaker.
- Ability to speak Korean and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
