Job Summary

Duties
- Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance to promote comfort and dignity
- Support clinical staff with vital sign measurements, specimen collection, and documentation of patient observations
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by adhering to infection control standards and safety procedures
- Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff to facilitate timely interventions
- Support patients’ emotional well-being through empathetic communication and respectful interactions
- Document care activities accurately in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nurse Aide or similar role in healthcare setting
- Familiar and knowledge of ambulatory surgery center environment
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments including Level I Trauma Centers and OR (Operating Room) settings
- Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Certification as a Nurse Aide (CNA) from an accredited program; additional experience in geriatrics or outpatient clinics is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards consistently

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
