Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and order pickers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely to move stock throughout the warehouse.
- Prepare shipments by packaging products securely for shipping & receiving processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and complete necessary documentation for order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety protocols during order picking, packing, and inventory management activities.
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as loading trucks, managing stock rotation, and supporting e-commerce fulfillment operations.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred.
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs is highly advantageous.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure precise order picking & packing.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
