We are a local residential cleaning company in Oxnard seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team!
This position works closely with our Spanish-speaking owner and trainer, so the ability to communicate comfortably in both Spanish and English is important for training, instructions, and day-to-day coordination.
Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. We provide paid training and support to help you succeed!

Details about the position:

Requirements:
- Able to speak and understand Spanish for training and communication with the owner/trainer
- Able to read and understand basic English work instructions
- Available for part-time daytime work, Monday to Friday, approx 4–5 hours per shift
- Have a valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with insurance
- Reliable Smart Phone
- Live within 20 minutes or closer to Oxnard (Preferred)
- Able to lift 20 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, climb stairs, and perform cleaning duties
- Ability to stand/walk 4-5 hours per day
- Willing to take a background check
- Attention to Detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Cleaning homes - Independently and as a part of a Team
- Follow written and verbal instructions during training (given in English and Spanish)
- Communicate with the owner, teammates, and office admin.
- Handle cleaning products and equipment safely
- Maintain professionalism in clients’ homes
- Report issues, damages, supply needs, or house concerns promptly
Enjoy a reliable part-time income while staying active and productive! After training, our part-time Cleaning Techs can earn up to $400–$500 per week, including tips, commissions, and performance bonuses.
Language Requirement Notice
This job requires communication with a Spanish-speaking owner/trainer. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is necessary for training and job instructions. This requirement is job-related and is in place to ensure clear communication and accurate completion of duties.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
