Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled landscaper with an extensive interest in stonework to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for using their hands to craft unique outdoor spaces using stone, wood, and plants, while exhibiting a strong penchant for detail. This role involves performing an aray of tasks related to native garden installation, invasive clearing, dry-laid stone masonry, wall building, and (some) building wood structures -- while also having experience to lead these processes efficiently.

Duties
- Operate and maintain diesel trucks and trailers, mini-excavator, stand-on skidloader, and various small-engine equipment.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Assist and direct in hardscape designs and installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
- Maintain equipment by ensuring it is clean, serviced, and in good working condition.
- Collaborate with and lead team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Able to work independently, and effectively
- Able to understand and implement projects as designed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining professional communication.
Experience
- 5+ years performing landscaping and hardscaping installations.
- 3+ years in a lead or management role
- Familiarity with operating power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
