Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide medication management services to adult clients in a residential mental health setting. This position would involve meeting with clients on a weekly basis to assess mental status and prescribe medications if appropriate. Medical services would be directed towards clients, ages 18+, who are currently receiving residential treatment for mental health including but not limited to self harm, aggression, suicidal ideation, psychosis, mood instability, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Candidates would thrive in this position if they have the skills to provide medication management to acute psychiatric clients, are able to work with a multi-disciplinary team, and are able to assist clients when they are experiencing crises.
Hourly Range: $70/hr
1-2 days a week, with opportunity for FT hours as the program grows.
Pay: $70.00 per hour
