Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Construction & Landscaping Laborer and be at the forefront of transforming outdoor spaces! Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installation including planting, mulching, sod laying, and garden bed preparation.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as digging, trimming, mowing, and edging.
- Support the setup and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
- Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, aerating, and snow plowing during seasonal changes.
- Use machinery like excavators and other heavy equipment for site preparation or material movement under supervision.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on all projects.
- Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal as needed for landscape health.
- Assist with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, or other structures.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
Requirement - Valid Drivers License
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot various tools and equipment effectively.
- Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices.
- Familiarity with hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (drills, saws) used in construction and landscaping.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators or similar equipment safely.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance techniques.
- Basic understanding of tree care including trimming, pruning, and planting procedures.
- Construction experience that includes site preparation, hardscape installation, or general building activities.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship.
