What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor movement in accordance with site protocols, offering directions and assistance while supporting a professional environment.

Support emergency and incident response by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and first responders, and following post orders for medical facilities and/or patient care areas.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
