You'll work on a wide variety of heavy-duty trailers, performing everything from PMs and DOT inspections to brakes, suspension, electrical diagnostics, structural repairs, welding, and fabrication.

* What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
- Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, wheel ends, and air systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues
- Repair and replace doors, floors, roofs, cross members, rails, and landing gear
- Perform welding and fabrication
- Complete structural trailer repairs and rebuilds
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safety-focused
- Work efficiently while maintaining FleetPride's high standards for quality
* What We're Looking For
- Heavy-duty trailer repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Welding/fabrication experience is a big plus
- Carpentry experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Own tools and toolbox
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Must successfully pass required background and drug screening
