Bilingual Patient Coordinator & Sales Assistant

Part-Time Position (Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time)
KD Aesthetics is a growing Hispanic-focused medical aesthetics clinic looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated bilingual team member to help support our patients and continue growing our practice.
We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping potential clients feel comfortable moving forward with treatments.
Responsibilities
* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
* Follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled an appointment
* Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
* Assist with patient check-in and check-out
* Help maintain a welcoming and professional clinic environment
* Take behind-the-scenes photos and videos for social media content
* Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
* Help fill open appointment slots through follow-up and patient communication
* Support marketing and patient retention efforts
Qualifications
* Fluent in both Spanish and English
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Comfortable using social media and messaging platforms
* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Sales or customer service experience is a plus
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
Compensation
* Starting pay: $18/hour
* Opportunity for performance-based bonuses and commissions
* Potential increase to $20/hour based on performance and results
* Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the practice continues to expand
