What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh, high-quality sushi, sashimi, poke, specialty rolls, and other menu items.
- Help develop and expand our sushi and poke menu with your own creative ideas and seasonal specials.
- Take ownership of the sushi program by maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Order and manage inventory while minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work with our team to create an exceptional experience for every customer.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role.
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of seafood preparation and handling.
- Passion for quality ingredients and beautiful presentation.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Someone who enjoys being creative and takes pride in building something special.
