Massage Therapist Requirements
- Active Utah Massage Therapy License
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Passion for client care and wellness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced, high-volume spa
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Compensation
- $48–$60 per hour worked (commission + tips + bonuses)
- Higher pay for advanced modalities (deep tissue, hot stone, sports massage, etc.)
- Additional income through retail sales commission

Sign-On Bonus Details

- Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per week
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Meeting performance and professionalism standards
