Join our RV team as a Service Advisor/Writer, where your enthusiasm for RVs and exceptional customer service skills will drive success. In this energetic role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued clients and our skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless experience from RV drop-off to pickup. Your mechanical knowledge and sales acumen will help customers understand their vehicle needs while maximizing service opportunities. This position offers an exciting chance to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their concerns, and accurately document service requests.
- Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, using estimating software to generate detailed work orders.
- Upsell additional services such as oil changes, brake repairs, maintenance on appliances, sealant jobs on roofs and much more.
- Coordinate with technicians and shop foreman to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services.
- Communicate effectively with clients about vehicle status, repair costs, and recommended maintenance plans.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of all service activities.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in an auto or RV dealership or repair shop environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Previous experience is highly desirable to better understand technical aspects of RV repairs.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
