Job Overview
Olhausen is seeking a Billiard Mechanic who can support the business in various internal departments by means of learning our products and assisting with the fabrication of our pool tables, shuffleboards, and other products. The ideal candidate for this role is mechanically inclined and possesses good communication skills.
In addition to supporting various internal departments, this role will operate an Olhausen vehicle to deliver products to our dealers and perform table installations on a monthly basis. Responsibilities / Duties
· Assist in operations for various departments as deemed necessary.
· Utilize hand tools and power tools to create and assemble products.
· Assist with departmental inventory count.
· Operate an Olhausen vehicle for transportation of products to dealers and customers.
· Maintain a clean driving record and alert Olhausen of any changes to your license status.
· Assist in product installations for Olhausen customers and dealers.
· Communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
· Wear PPE and maintain all safety standards.
· The above duties and any other duties as deemed necessary by the business.
Qualifications
· Clean driving record (Olhausen does run Motor Vehicle Records).
· Experience with hand tools and power tools.
· Experience as a mechanic or carpenter (Preferred).
· Product assembly experience (Preferred).
· Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks for deadlines.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to bend, kneel, reach, walk, and stand for extended period of time.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
