Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team during evening hours. In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient point of contact for families seeking care during the peak enrollment period of the year. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every family while supporting smooth enrollment communication and operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet caregivers warmly and assist with processing student enrollment paperwork
- Assist with phones, inquiry follow-up and all student enrollment processes
Qualifications
- Previous experience a plus but not required
- One year of customer service or administrative experience
- College Students are encouraged to apply
