Your New Role: HVAC Installer
As an HVAC Installer, you’ll lead and execute residential and light commercial system replacements and new installations, from tear-out to startup and final commissioning. This is hands-on craftsmanship: pulling old equipment, setting condensers and air handlers, running line sets and low-voltage, modifying ductwork, brazing, pulling vacuum, and charging the system to spec. Every install is a chance to leave behind work you’d be proud to point at, earn spiffs on accessories you add, and generate the kind of referrals that keep the schedule full.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Install, replace, and start up complete HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients, including condensers, air handlers, package units, mini-splits, line sets, and ductwork, along with ancillary products including water heaters, surge protectors, smart thermostats, and attic insulation.
- Pull vacuum, weigh in refrigerant charge, verify static pressure and airflow, and commission each system to manufacturer spec before leaving the job
- Identify and add value-add accessories on the job - surge protectors, float switches, IAQ, hard starts, condensate safety devices - earning spiffs while improving the system you’re installing
- Walk the homeowner through the finished install, demonstrate the new equipment and thermostat, and leave the job site cleaner than you found it
- Complete electronic install paperwork including job notes, equipment serial numbers, startup readings, and before and after photos

Job requirements
- 2-4 years of HVAC install experience (residential change-outs and / or new construction)
- EPA Certification
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with insurable driver's record
- Proficient with brazing, line set fabrication, ductwork modification, and electrical hookups on residential and light commercial systems
- Strong attention to detail, pride in clean workmanship, and a customer-first attitude on every job site
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
