What You’ll Do
Begin in our expert training program as a canvasser, where you’ll learn:
- Solar sales fundamentals
- Communication and lead generation
- Customer engagement and appointment setting
As you develop and hit performance goals, you’ll have a clear path to move into a full sales closing role with significantly higher earning potential.
Compensation & Earnings
- $500/week base pay during your first 4 weeks of training
- Average earnings: $2,000–$4,000 per week
- Top performers earn: $6,000–$7,000+ per week
- Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
