Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time Administrative Family Medicine nurse practitioner to join an established practice in Anaheim Hills, California. Join this dedicated and collegial team in sunny southern California.
Position Details:
- Full-time, hybrid position (primarily remote)
- Outpatient only, specialized care
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Mainly administrative work, clinical only when treating patients 1 day per week via virtual visits
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $173,791 and $237,849 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in risk adjustment and HCC coding
- 5 years' experience in working in a value-based care organization
- Must have Epic and telehealth experience
- Must be comfortable presenting for provider education presentations
