Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic/Spa Sales Manager and Customer Service Specialist to oversee the sales of our services and customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, customer retention, sales and growth of the clinic, and maintaining a serene and welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective time management, and a passion for the wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Daily sales/marketing of the clinic.
- Manage customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop/implement and Upsell Packages to create sales growth.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and attract new clients.
- Develop online marketing strategies and manage Facebook/Instagram posts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong management skills with experience in sales or similar roles.
- Experience in Clinic/Spa sales such as Weight Loss Medications, Spa Treatments
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong digital marketing technical skills.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members while fostering a positive work environment.
