Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs

Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews

Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting-
Caregiver recruiting required

Home care recruiting highly preferred

Knowledge of federal and state employment laws

Strong verbal and written communication skills
