What You’ll Own
- Lead and manage a team of housing specialists with confidence — you’ve done this before
- Drive the full cycle of NYC housing subsidy operations from intake to approval with zero gaps in your knowledge
- Set the standard for performance, accuracy, and accountability across your team
- Identify inefficiencies, make quick decisions, and keep the process moving at all times
- Stay ahead of policy changes, compliance updates, and program shifts — your team relies on you to know first
- Be the person leadership leans on when things need to get done right
- Create a high-performance culture where your team is motivated, supported, and delivering results
What You Bring
- 2+ years of direct experience in NYC housing subsidy programs with a deep understanding of every aspect of the process
- Proven leadership experience in this industry — you’re already managing or have managed a team in this space
- A track record of keeping teams organized, accountable, and performing in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to handle challenges head-on without missing a beat
- Strong communication skills and the presence to lead with authority and respect
- You don’t need to be taught the industry — you need the right stage to lead it

Pay: $80,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
