Behavior Technician | Hannah's Gift ABA Broomfield, CO 80020 (Spanish-Speaking)
Hannah's Gift ABA is seeking experienced and resilient team members to provide specialized behavioral support to children with autism spectrum disorder, including those who exhibit aggressive and challenging behaviors.
This position is designed for individuals with hands-on experience managing escalated behaviors, physical interventions, and crisis situations with children. If you have a background in restraint techniques, de-escalation strategies, and working with behaviorally complex kids, we want to hear from you. Additional specialized training will be provided to set you up for success.
Location & Schedule
- Location: Broomfield, CO 80020 and surrounding areas. Services are delivered in the child's home, school, or community setting.
- Pay: $24–$31 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children with autism spectrum disorder, including those with aggressive and challenging behaviors
- Safely implement physical intervention and restraint techniques when necessary, following established protocols
- Use de-escalation strategies to redirect and manage crisis situations effectively
- Help children build communication, social, learning, and independent living skills
- Follow individualized behavior intervention plans developed by certified clinical supervisors
- Document session data and behavioral incidents accurately and consistently
- Collaborate professionally with families, schools, and clinical supervisory staff
- Receive additional specialized training in behavior management and safety protocols
Who We're Looking For
- Must speak Spanish
- Direct experience working with children who display aggressive, self-injurious, or behaviorally complex behaviors
- Training or experience in safe physical intervention and restraint procedures
- Confident, calm, and composed in high-stress or escalated situations
- Patient, dependable, and genuinely committed to supporting children with autism
- Background in behavioral health, special education, crisis intervention, psychology, or a related field
- Available to work Monday–Friday afternoons in or near Broomfield, CO 80020
