Hello! We’re looking for an operations manager, that can help grow a small business!
What does that mean Exactly? Well… our business is growing faster than we can handle! We’re a local screen company in Naples, FL and would love a patient and positive addition to the team!
We need someone who is familiar with QuickBooks, Microsoft programs - especially excel, Quick Books and other various invoicing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Growing relationships with suppliers
- Learning the product
- Invoicing
- Data Entry
- Bookkeeping and product management
