ACS is seeking an experienced Lead Warehouse Associate to join our growing office furniture installation team. This advanced warehouse role is responsible for managing customer inventory, coordinating warehouse operations, preparing projects for installation and ensuring accurate counts. The Ideal candidate is organized, dependable works well independently and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do.
· Receive and document incoming office furniture products.
· Stage, pull, verify, and prepare product for deliveries and installations.
· Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
· Pre-assemble office furniture and complete minor product repairs or modifications when needed.
· Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
· Help identify process improvements that increase warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure customer-owned inventory is properly labeled, protected, organized, and readily available for scheduled projects.
Qualifications.
· Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and inventory management required.
· Experience in office furniture installation, commercial moving or logistics preferred.
· Forklift experience required.
· Strong communication, organizational, customer service and time management skills.
· Experience with inventory management software such as IQ or Snap Tracker is preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
· Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business demands require.
