JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Coordinator supports one or more Director-level or above positions with complex administrative problems. The Administrative Coordinator remains knowledgeable about business unit policies or research budget variance depending on the department assigned and follows up to resolve issues. May assist in training or answering questions for the Management Assistant and/or Office Assistant.
Responsible for:
- Preparing non-routine documents, reports, and spreadsheets as requested.
- Developing advanced presentation materials.
- Coordinating special projects.
- Explaining policy/procedures to other parties.
- Collecting, compiling, and analyzing moderately complex to complex data.
REQUIRES:
- High School diploma/GED
- Three (3) years administrative support experience in a healthcare, research, or academic setting.
