Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about menu items and wait times
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds accurately
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times
Qualifications
- Basic English required (Vietnamese is required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Skills
- Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service roles within a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role
