We are looking for a Cashier/Stocker to manage helping customers accurately and efficiently. Cashier/Stocker responsibilities include working with a cash register, stocking shelves and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. Have excellent customer skills. You should have open availability including night weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Assist clients with account information, product details, billing questions, and service issues using strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Resolve customer problems efficiently by analyzing issues, offering solutions
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services in a friendly manner.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
