About the Role
As a Precision Swiss CNC Machinist, you will be instrumental in driving the production of complex, high-tolerance components that power critical industries. By leveraging your expertise in Swiss-style machining, you will ensure that every part meets rigorous engineering specifications while optimizing cycle times and machine efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate Swiss-style lathes to manufacture high-precision components with tight tolerances.

Analyze blueprints and technical schematics to translate design requirements into efficient machining programs.

Optimize production workflows by monitoring machine performance and proactively adjusting offsets to maintain superior quality standards.

Perform preventative maintenance and technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize equipment longevity.

Partner with engineering and quality teams to refine manufacturing processes and enhance overall product yield.

Uphold a high-standard, safe, and organized workspace that complies with all industrial safety regulations.

Maintain accurate production logs and communicate technical status updates to leadership.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated proficiency in operating and setting up Swiss screw machines.

Strong grasp of machining principles, cutting tools, and material properties.

Advanced ability to interpret complex technical drawings and geometric dimensioning.

Expertise in utilizing precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.

Technical degree or specialized certification in CNC machining or precision manufacturing.

Experience with advanced CAM software or complex multi-axis programming.
