POSITION SUMMARY: The Brand Activation Ambassador is responsible for executing most
promotions activity in the assigned market, under the direction of the Street Steam Leader or Promotions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute radio station promotional activities as directed.
- Safely operate vehicles, prizes, equipment, and other promotional tools.
- Attend regular meetings associated with promotions activities.
- Maintain compliance with contests rules and regulations.
- Assist in the day-to-day department operations as needed.
- Participate in station activations by greeting and interacting with listeners and clients in an enthusiastic and
welcoming manner.
- Motivate audiences at activations by involving them in games and creatively distributing promotional items.
- Trouble shooting on small sound systems/broadcast equipment (basic training provided).
- Drive company vehicles to activations and events as necessary
- Set up equipment and organize set up for activations.
- Interact “live” with on-air talent as required.
- Conduct premium inventory checks on a weekly basis for all stations (vehicles, equipment and promotional items)
- Oversee the upkeep and repair of station vehicles.
- Work closely and together as a team with Street Team Leader, Promotion Coordinator and other Brank Ambassador
Technicians
- Interact professionally with clients and staff. Shows enthusiastic and welcoming personality to everyone.
- Abide by organizational norms and supports organizational goals.
- Remain calm and professional through stressful circumstances and adapts to different situations.
- Operates video cameras, on location or in the studio.
- Designs, transports, set-ups and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field
and studio productions.
- Setups and breakdowns recording equipment before and after use. This includes taping down cables for safety.
- Organize and publish media for web, social media and other platforms.
- Develop creative shooting and storytelling strategies.
- Conducts video equipment inventory and maintenance.
- Arrange cameras and examine angles to achieve the best shooting outcomes.
- Provide creative input to scene planning and implementation.
- Perform any other duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous work, volunteer or educational in events, marketing, promotions, customer service, sales and/or related field
preferred.
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work or be on-call evenings, weekends, holidays.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Professional appearance always wearing uniforms provided.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both reading and writing.

Decision-making is an important factor in this position. This position is required to make decisions concerning what needs
to be done to accomplish the set goals established by Manager.

Ability to use computer equipment, audio recording and broadcast equipment, smart phones and other devices.
