Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a great knowledge in HVAC system installation and maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, configuring, and removing various types of HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, and ductless mini splits. The Installation Technician will play a crucial role in our team ensuring the proper and complete installation of our clients' new HVAC system through effective installation procedures and implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the installation of HVAC systems or similar mechanical-related fields.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanics relevant to HVAC system operations.
- Knowledge of a variety of HVAC systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- EPA certification
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
