Duties

- Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community interaction.
- Conduct keyword research for content optimization to improve SEO rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels; support relationship management initiatives with influencers, partners, and customers.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly; prepare detailed reports on engagement rates, reach, conversions, and ROI to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research techniques.
- Experience with social listening platforms like Brandwatch or Sprout Social is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, email marketing, e-commerce integration, and video editing.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising; ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is accurate and aligned with branding standards.
