Actively seeking Service Writers/Advisors for Smith Chevy of Hammond.
- Applicants will need to have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and be passionate about the customer and work being performed.
- Strong, positive communication skills with the customer and teammates.
- Have the Ability & Show strong performance with selling recommended services.
- Must Exceed in a fast-paced environment. Be computer & phone literate.
- Greet customers and complete service request; suggest services and specials. Prioritize required services and provide options. Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes. Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed.
Must have Valid driver’s license & Pass Drug Screen. Must be reliable.
