High Volume, Restaurant is looking to add a Sous Chef to their team!
Requirements:
- Upscale, high volume experience
- Knife in hand Chef
- Scratch Kitchen
- Brunch experience preferred
- Mediterranean experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations of a high volume restaurant
- Work alongside team to train & develop
- Prep list, inventory, organizing
Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
