Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using barcode scanning for logistics accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of heavy items while adhering to safety protocols and PPE use.
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems to track stock levels accurately.
- Conduct quality control checks on packages to ensure order accuracy and proper packaging standards.
- Assist in stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized warehouse distribution areas.
- Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and updating inventory records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking & packing, inventory management, and warehouse distribution.
- Certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency is essential.
- Commitment to adhering to safety procedures, PPE use, and proper materials handling techniques in a fast-paced environment.
