Fall Season Food Service Supervisor in Pitchfork Pizza at Lowe Family Farmstead
Position Summary
The Pitchfork Pizza Supervisor leads the daily operation of Lowe Family Farmstead’s pizza kitchen, ensuring high-quality pizzas, efficient service, and an outstanding guest experience. This role oversees team performance, food quality, kitchen organization, and operational flow during busy seasonal operations.
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about leading teams in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily operations of Pitchfork Pizza
- Lead kitchen and front-line team members during service
- Ensure pizzas are prepared consistently and efficiently
- Monitor dough, toppings, prep, and inventory levels
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and coach staff on procedures and guest interactions
- Assist with opening, and closing duties
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Support a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
Qualifications
- Previous food service leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume settings
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Minimum of 20 hours per week, primarily weekends and evenings
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Lowe Family Farmstead is a drug and tobacco free environment
