We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will represent our telecommunications clients at retail partner locations and community events, educating customers about available products and services, answering questions, and helping individuals find solutions that fit their connectivity needs. The Sales Associate serves as a key ambassador for our clients while creating positive and memorable customer experiences.
Sales Associate Core Responsibilities:
- Represent Spectrum at retail locations in stores throughout the Garden Grove area, actively promoting internet and wireless products and services, generating new customer enrollments, and driving sales growth.
- Engage with prospective customers face to face in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and generating interest in available products and services.
- Educate customers on telecommunications solutions, features, promotions, and service options.
- Conduct product and service presentations that clearly communicate value and benefits to potential customers.
- Assist customers through the enrollment and activation process while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals while contributing to overall team success.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spectrum product offerings, promotions, and industry trends through ongoing training and development.

Sales Associate Position Details:
- Employment: Full-time (40 hours + per week & weekends with major holidays off).
- Pay: 100% Commission Only
- Job Location: Required to commute to our office in Garden Grove and retail locations throughout the Garden Grove area based on client needs.
- Client: Spectrum internet, TV, mobile, and home phone services
Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
