We’re a trusted leader in custom metal fabrication and commercial and industrial contracting, working on everything from process piping to rigging and industrial painting. What You'll Be Doing
As a Welder with H&S Industrial, you’ll bring blueprints to life, whether on the shop floor or in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weld using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core across a range of projects and materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy.
- Ensure high-quality results while following safety protocols and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, crew members, and supervisors to meet goals.
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment with precision and care.
What You Bring to the Table
- Welding Experience: Strong background in TIG, MIG, arc welding, and more.
- Blueprint Mastery: Comfortable reading complex plans and translating them into clean, accurate welds.
- Tool Know-How: Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in the trade.
- Team Player: Clear communicator with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
