We are a high-end fashion company specializing in ultra-luxury handbags and fine jewelry, and we’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Ads Manager to help grow our online business through paid advertising.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, customer acquisition, and scaling profitable e-commerce campaigns, especially within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Main Goals:
- Drive sales on our website
- Generate quality leads and new customers
- Improve ROAS and lower cost per conversion
- Help scale profitable campaigns
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and test ad strategies for sales and lead generation
- Analyze campaign data and improve performance weekly
- Retarget website visitors and warm audiences
- Suggest new creative ideas and ad angles
- Build funnels for customer acquisition
- Assist in scaling profitable campaigns efficiently
- Google Ads experience is a plus
Who You Are:
- Experienced in running successful e-commerce advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversions, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and performance optimization
- Comfortable using AI tools for ad copy, testing, creatives, and optimization
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and proactively bring new ideas
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Bonus If You Have Experience In:
- Luxury, fashion, jewelry, or resale industries
- Shopify stores
- Klaviyo and email marketing
- Landing page optimization
