Competitive Pay:
Flexible, On-Call Scheduling: Night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM), as coverage is needed
Low Commitment: Required to pick up at least 1 shift per month
No Weekend Requirement
Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians
Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition
Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary
Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents
Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided by the team aligns with resident care plans and personal wishes
Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner
Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support
We provide personalized training and ongoing support so you feel confident in your role while continuing to develop professionally.
Current LPN license in good standing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
