Since 2001, Macauley Logistics has moved all types of domestic freight by truck and rail — from dry van and reefer to flatbed, intermodal, and specialized loads. More than two decades in business means established carrier relationships, a proven back office, and the credit and stability you need to grow your book with confidence.
What you'll do
- Source, quote, and book domestic freight across truck and rail
- Build and manage relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiate rates and keep loads moving from pickup to delivery
- Own your accounts and grow your book of business
What we're looking for
- Proven freight brokerage or agent experience with an existing book of business (preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of TMS platforms, load boards, and carrier sourcing
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
